About Me

I wanted to tell you a little bit about me as you visit this Blog.

I have lived in Cary since the third grade, back when Moses was a baby! When we moved here in the 1960’s, there were about 6,000 people. We’ve grown a little around here since then, huh!

Amazingly, I can still get lost here. Not the sort of thing you want to hear from your Realtor, but not to worry, we can usually figure out where we are in short order and until we do, it will be a great adventure! Sometimes the best way to learn an area is to get lost in it. Much easier to say when you have your GPS along, just the same.

I was born in Tennessee and we moved quite a bit as our little family started to grow, but once we settled in here, we decided there was no better place to be. My parents, my brother and sister and my son and all of their families all live just down the road from each other. I wouldn’t have it any other way! I feel blessed to be a part of a family that brims over with love and fun and humor. Many of my clients will mention that humor reflected in their experiences with me.

And that is as it should be. It is said that buying or selling your home, along with getting married and having children, can be one of the most stressful things you can go through. It is my job to shoulder some of that stress for you. I want you to have as good an experience as is possible and sometimes the best way to deal with the difficulties that we face is to laugh about them. We will get through those challenging times. We always do.

I will continue to share stories as we go along and hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them!
